Feedback

Warragul Medical Centre welcomes your feedback, suggestions and concerns as part of our commitment to improving patient safety, communication and the quality of care we provide.

How to share feedback or raise a concern

Patients, carers and families are welcome to share feedback or raise a concern at any time. You can speak privately with the Practice Manager, call the clinic on (03) 9125 0160, email reception@warragulmedicalcentre.com.au, or provide written feedback at reception.

If you need help expressing your concerns, staff can assist respectfully and confidentially.

What happens after feedback is received

The Practice Manager is the main point of contact and is responsible for receiving, acknowledging and coordinating the review of all feedback and concerns.

Feedback is acknowledged within 2 to 3 business days. Most matters are resolved within 10 to 14 business days, and patients are updated if more time is required.

  • All feedback is handled privately and respectfully
  • Raising a concern does not affect your care in any way
  • Anonymous feedback is accepted, although follow-up may be limited

If you are not satisfied with the outcome

If a matter cannot be resolved within the practice, patients may seek an independent review through the Health Complaints Commissioner in Victoria or AHPRA for concerns about a registered practitioner.
