Jasmin S. Allison is a Psychologist with a Master of Psychology and more than 13 years of experience supporting clients through counselling and psychological care.

Her work is guided by authenticity and trust. She aims to provide a professional, empathic and mentally safe space where people can explore difficult issues and work toward improving the quality of their mental lives.

Jasmin provides counselling for individuals, couples, families and EAP clients, with experience across mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, chronic pain, trauma, stress, self-esteem, separation, parenting, adjustment, life transitions, grief and loss.

Her counselling style is professional, empathic and grounded in creating a mentally trustworthy space where clients can explore difficult issues at a pace that feels safe.
